Day 9 - Raiatea, French Polynesia
Discover the mountainous island of Raiatea, one of French Polynesia’s most exquisite destinations, considered sacred by the local people. With some of the world’s most lush, unspoiled nature, ribbon-like waterfalls, and pristine lagoons, it’s easy to understand Raiatea enchants those who visit.On a South Pacific cruise that calls at Raiatea, you’ll discover idyllic, white-sand beaches fringing the islet of Motu Iriru, or have a chance to join a snorkel or dive adventure at Te Mara Nui.
