CONSULTATION
Every great vacation starts with a phone consultation. We would love to get to know you and what you want in your next vacation.
– STEP 2 –
PROPOSAL
We will put together your personalized proposal, from there we fine tune and perfect your itinerary.
– STEP 3 –
PREPARE FOR DEPARTURE
As you get excited for your vacation. We will continue to monitor flights, tours and accommodations and advise you of any important information about your vacation. We are also there to answer your question pre, during and post vacation.
THE PLANNING PROCESS
– STEP 1 –
Initial Consultation
We get to know you and get a general sense of what you’re looking for on your next cruise vacation. We’ll explain our services and discuss our planning packages. If you decide we’re a great fit, we’ll send over a detailed travel form to ensure we have everything we need to design your cruise.
– STEP 2 –
Planning + Digital Itinerary Presentation
Once we’ve received your travel form, based on your requests, we’ll research and create two cruise itineraries and present them to you in a digital format. We use a cutting-edge itinerary program called Travefy that allows us to layout your cruise vacation in a beautiful and easy-to-read, convenient format.
– STEP 3 –
Book & Bon Voyage
At this stage, we firm up deposits and confirm final payment dates. We’ll also organize your excursions, and pre and post hotel stays. Your travel documents will be delivered to you electronically and remember, we’re here to help from the moment you enquire to the moment you return home.
